Holiday itinerary - by coach
Day 1 Dover, Calais then settle for your overnight travel through France.
Day 2 An early morning drive across the Spanish border and lunchtime arrival in Malgrat.
Days 3 to 7 A chance to relax, enjoy the hotel’s facilities and soak up some sun thanks to the region’s favourable climate. Your hotel is situated between Magrat’s old town and Santa Susanna, with shops and bars and the popular Monteplaya nearby. A Shearings representative will be on hand all week to look after your needs.
Day 8 An afternoon departure for the overnight journey through France.
Day 9 Calais, Dover, then home.

Holiday itinerary - by air
Day 1 Fly from your chosen airport to Girona and transfer to your hotel.
Day 2 to 7 A chance to relax, enjoy the hotel’s facilities and soak up some sun thanks to the region’s favourable climate. Your hotel is situated between Magrat’s old town and Santa Susanna, with shops and bars and the popular Monteplaya nearby. A Shearings representative will be on hand all week to look after your needs. 
Day 8 Transfer back to Girona for your flight back to the UK.

Full day Barcelona - A chance to spend a day exploring this wonderful cosmopolitan city, with its amazing sights, brilliant bars and restaurants, lively streets and many examples of its unusual Gaudi architecture, including his masterpiece ‘Sagrada Familia’. This unfinished cathedral is simply stunning and its sheer size will leave you amazed.
Half day Scenic Costa Brava - We take a leisurely drive along the ‘Wild Coast of Spain’ to enjoy the rocky cliffs, beautiful beaches, picturesque fishing villages and charming towns.
Half day Local Market - There are a wide variety of local specialities to sample and buy, including freshly caught seafood, fruits and olive oils at the traditional markets.

Hotel Monteplaya, Malgrat
The Hotel Monteplaya is ideally situated near to Malgrat’s old town and close to shops, bars and the popular Monteplaya, or Monte beach. A well-kept garden has an inviting pool with waterfall and the sun terrace is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the glorious weather.
