Our featured Operas
Aida - This grandest of grand operas, with its spectacular crowd scenes, Egyptian setting and succession of unforgettable melodies, a beautifully constructed drama of passion, revenge and sacrifice.
Carmen - The story is set in Seville, Spain, circa 1830, and concerns the eponymous Carmen, a beautiful Gypsy with a fiery temper. A dazzling array of spanish dancing, pagentry!
Madame Butterfly - Puccini dazzles with the story of "Madama Butterfly" which tells the love story of an Amercan lieutenant & geisha lady. The couple share a short, blissful time and a son together before his return to the USA. Madama Butterfly waits for her lost love but the final outcome is tragic in Puccini's stunning opera.
