Holiday Itinerary
Day 1 UK to Paris area - Across to Calais, then to our overnight hotel.
Day 2 Paris area to Bergerac - Cotinuing south, we head to Bergerac for six nights at the Hotel du Commerce. (B,D)
Days 3 to 7 Bergerac - A chance to totally relax surrounded by beautiful scenery, as well as join interesting excursions and sample wonderful wines in the heart of the Dordogne's wine-producing region. Our included excursion programme explores local beauty spots. (B,D)
Day 8 Bergerac to Paris area - Travelling north to our overnight hotel in time for dinner. (B,D)
Day 9 Paris area to UK - Calais, Dover, and then home. (B)

Included Excursions
Full Day Scenic Dordogne Valley. An excursion along the meandering River Dordogne and a visit to the lovely town of Sarlat, with its charming winding streets and pretty honey-coloured buildings.
Full Day to Bastide Villages. A chance to explore some of these 13th century fortified wall towns, including Monpazier, to see its beautiful arcaded square.
Half Day to Brantôme. A trip to the peaceful town set on an island in the River Dronne, where the placid still waters reflect the weeping willows of the pretty riverside gardens above.
En route Perigueux. During our return journey to Paris we visit the market town of Perigueux where the cathedral towers high above the medieval houses.
