Your holiday itinerary 
Day 1 Fly to Milan or Bergamo, where you will be met and transferred to your hotel in Cadenabbia on Lake Como for a seven-night stay. (D)
Days 2-7 During your stay relax and enjoy time in resort. If you want to get out and explore the local area we have a wonderful choice of optional excursions. (6xB, 6xL, 6xD)
Day 8 Return flight from Milan to Bergamo, to the U.K. (B)

Optional excursions
Lake Maggiore and Borromean Islands
- Visit the opulent resort town of Stresa, from where you can take an optional cruise to the Borromean Islands. The islands lie at the centre of the lake and are fine examples of natural beauty enhanced by landscaped gardens and parks.
Lake Cruise Deluxe - Villa Balbianello - The best way to appreciate the beauty of Lake Como is by taking to the water. On this wonderful excursion you sail by private boat to Villa del Balbianello, one of the lovliest villas on the lake, set in magnificent gardens.
Bergamo - Visit to the old city of Bergamo, situated in the hills overlooking the North Italian Plain. Explore the pedestrianised heart of the city and perhaps take the funicular up to Old Bergamo, renowned for the quality of its fine foods and wine.
Milan - Full day excursion to the cultural capital, Milan. The breathtaking Duomo is one of the world's largest, most striking Gothic cathedrals, whilst Milan's art galleries, many houses in former palaces, are home to a host of significant works. 
St. Moritz and Bernina Region Railway - This fabulous excursion takes us to the world-famous resort of St. Moritz. From here you will join the Bernina Region Railway, the highest rail crossing of the Alps. Journey through the peaks and glaciers of the Bernina Alps. Don't forget your camera as we experience the fantastic sights from the Alpine wonderland to the palm trees of Italy. We rejoin our coach in Tirano for the journey back to Como. 

Your hotels
You'll stay for seven-nights all-inclusive at the 3-star Hotel Britannia Excelsior in Cadenabbia. Enjoying a splendid setting facing the lake shore, with superb views across the lake to Bellagio, the hotel has a restaurant featuring buffet meals and show cooking, a large lounge area, bar, terrace, lifts and across the road its own lakeside lido area with outdoor pool (open subject to season) and bar (where a limited selection of drinks are available). All bedrooms have flat-screen T.V., telephone, hairdryer and ceiling fan. This large and lively hotel is managed and owned by the Whieldon family, who are on hand to make sure your stay is enjoyable. Room upgrades are available.

Return flights to Milan Malpensa or Bergamo are available from Birmingham, Bristol, East Midlands, Gatwick, Heathrow, Leeds Bradford, Liverpool, Luton, Manchester and Stanstaed.  All prices are subject to abailability. Flight supplements may apply - please call for more details.
