Your holiday itinerary
Day 1 Local departure by coach, then onwards overnight through France.
Day 2 We arrival in Rimini on the Adriatic Coast for a six-night stay. (D)
Day 3 At leisure in Rimini - Rimini is one of Italy's favourite beach resorts. Bustling with bars, restaurants and cafes, it offers all you need for a relaxing break, with nine miles of seafront. The old quarter of the resort still maintains a quaint charm with cobbled streets, churches and piazzas. (B,L,D)
Day 4 San Marino - Enjoy a half-day excursion to San Marino, the third smallest state in Europe, after The Vatican and Monaco. With land borders stretching only 25 miles and a population of 30,000, San Marino boasts a wealth of fascinating sights. Don't miss the Government Palace, the Three Towers and Basilica of St. Marino. (B,L,D)
Day 5 Pesaro & Urbino - An optional full-day excursion to the pretty towns of Pesaro and Urbino. Pesaro is an attractive seaside resort but retains a stylish air. The elegant broad streets and the beautiful main square with its fountains are well worth a visit. We continue to the medieval town of Urbino, with its unmistakable skyline dominated by the Palazzo Ducale, one of Italy's most beautiful Renaissance palaces. (B,L,D)
Day 6 Coastal resorts - Enjoy an included tour of the local resorts along the Adriatic coastline. We visit the charming resort of Gabicce Mare and the smaller, more traditional Cattolica. Gabicce Mare is a sophisticated resort with fabulous golden sandy beaches, and attractive piazzas. (B,L,D)
Day 7 Ravenna - Join our optional excursion to the town of Ravenna, a treasure chest of art, history and culture. Renowned for its Christian mosaics which span the years of Roman and Byzantine rule, Ravenna is a pleasant town with fine shops, winding alleyways and peaceful piazzas, the most popular being the Piazza del Popolo. Day 8 We leave Rimini and retrace our steps through Italy and France on our overnight journey. (B)
Day 9 Arrive in Calais and return home.

Your hotel
You'll stay for six-nights at the 4-star Hotel Punta Nord in Rimini. The hotel is situated in its own gardens with an outdoor swimming pool (open from beginning June to end of September), restaurant and bar and is approximately 50 metres from the beach. All bedrooms have T.V., telephone and safe.
