Your holiday itinerary
Day 1 Local departure by coach, then to the Paris area for an overnight stay.
Day 2 South, through France to Andorra for a four-night stay. (B,D)
Day 3 Andorra La Vella - Included leisurely day in Andorra La Vella, the country's capital, where you will find bardains on all kinds of goods. (B,D)
Day 4 Barcelona - Join our optional excursion to Barcelona in Spain. See the city's extraordinary architecture and take a stroll along the famous tree-lined walkway, Las Ramblas. (B,D)
Day 5 Andorra Scenic Tour - Enjoy an included scenic tour of the principality of Andorra. The rugged landscape of towering peaks, lush green meadows and deep gorges is dotted with remote mountain villages. Visit the timeless villages of Encap, La Massana and Escalades. (B,D)
Day 6 We leave Andorra and cross into Spain to Suances for a four-night stay. Suances is a beautiful marine town located on Cantabria's picturesque coast. (B,D)
Day 7 Santillana Del Mar - Today's included excursion takes us to Santillana Del Mar, known as Cantabria's showpiece of architectural beauty and one of the prettiest little towns in Spain. The mansion houses adorned with their coats of arms and the many quaint little shops all combine to rekindle the medieval past. Later, we enjoy a visit to the pretty village of Comillas, with its medieval square and quaint old churches. (B,D)
Day 8 Picos de Europa - Join our optional full-day tour to the Picos de Europa, one of the most breathtaking mountain ranges on the Iberian Peninsula with peaks rising to a spectacular 8500 feet. We visit Potes, which is the main town of the area, with its ancient towers and squares with arcades. From Fuente De, you can take a cable car ride, offering unforgettable views of this spectacular mountain range. (B,D)
Day 9 Santander - Optional excursion to the beautiful city of Santander, with its wide boulevards and stunning waterfront promenade with pavement cafes and outstanding beaches. (B,D)
Day 10 San Sebastian - We leave Cantabria and head east to the beautiful Basque town of San Sebastian, set on a sweeping shell-shaped bay with its charming old quarter and Belle Epoque style. The local tapas bars and a true delight. Continue into France to our overnight hotel in the Bordeaux area. (B,D)
Day 11 We head north to our overnight hotel in the Paris area. (B)
Day 12 To Calais and then return home. (B)

Your hotels
You’ll stay for four nights at the 5-star Carlton Plaza Andorra La Vella. The hotel has a restaurant, bar, sauna and Jacuzzi. In Cantabria you'll stay for four-nights at the 4-star Gran Hotel Suances. This beautiful hotel, situated within walking distance of the beach, has a lobby bar, restaurant and an outdoor swimming pool (subject to season). Bedrooms in both hotel shave T.V. and telephone. Overnight stays in France will be in city-style hotels.
