Your holiday itinerary 
Day 1 Local departure by coach then onwards to northern France for an overnight stay.
Day 2 Continue south to Diano Marina, Italy for a six-night stay. (B,D)
Day 3 Nice and Eze - Full day included excursion. This area is famous for its perfumes, and we start with a tour of the  Fragonard Perfume Factory in Eze. Also enjoy the stunning views from this medieval village perched high above the Med. Next we visit the coastal city of Nice with its famous Promenade des Anglais which fronts the city, sweeping along the Mediterranean. Behind it lies the picturesque old town, with its narrow streets and alleys where you'll find shopping bargains and small cafes. (B,L,D)
Day 4 Free time - A day to relax in resort. (B,L,D)
Day 5 Santa Margherita and Portofino or Alassio - We offer an optional excursion to Santa Margherita, with its attractive promenade in front of the marina, then weather permitting, take a boat to Portofino, the picturesque village whose pretty harbour, with a galaxy of designer shops, draws in the rich and famous to relax. Take time to soak up the atmosphere in this heavenly spot. If the weather prevents us from visiting Portofino then instead we visit the beautiful resort of Alassio with its splendid sandy beaches stretching out over 3kms. Here you can take a leisurely stroll along the promenade or relax in a sea front cafe. (B,L,D)
Day 6 Monaco and Monte Carlo - Join our optional excursion to glitzy Monte Carlo. If you feel lucky, take a chance in the Grand Casino, with its lavish interiors decorated in the striking Belle Epoque style. (B,L,D)
Day 7 St. Paul de Vence and Cannes - Join our included excursion a few miles inland to the charming hillside village of St. Paul de Vence, a  beautiful fortified medieval village. Wander the cobbled streets, browse the craft shops and boutiques and soak up the atmosphere of a village dating back to the 1500s. We end the day in Cannes, home of the famous film festival. Take a stroll along the tree-lined Boulevard de la Croisette, with hotels, designer boutiques and gardens on one side, and glorious beaches on the other. (B,L,D)
Day 8 To northern France for an overnight stay. (B)
Day 9 To Calais then return home. (B)

Your hotels
You will stay for six nights all-inclusive at the 3-star Hotel Delle Mimose in Diano Marina. The hotel is located close to the centre of the resort, within walking distance of the sea and is run by its British owner. The hotel has a lift, bar, air-conditionined restaurant, swimming pool and Jacuzzi and offers bicycle hire and free internet access.  All bedrooms have satellite T.V., telephone, safe, hairdryer, balcony, tea/coffee making facilities and air-conditioning (at a small supplement, payable locally). During your stay at the Delle Mimose, there will be three nights of entertainment, such as bingo, quizzes and music. Overnight stays in northern France are in city-style hotels.

Please note: Sept 1st departure will stay at the 3-star Villa Igea Hotel in Diano Marina, which has a swimming pool, bar and restaurant, and is situated withing walking distance of the beach and resort centre. All bedrooms have a T.V., telephone and hairdryer.
